This is fair use criticism and commentary on how to combine existing games with new ideas to create a fun sissy role playing game.
I am old enough to have played “war games” (Avalon Hill and SPI) before Dungeons & Dragons existed. I enjoyed both war games and RPGs.
I freely combined various role playing games to create a custom mixture of the best rules from each company.
I was also frustrated that I couldn’t go inside the Mayor’s House in Sim City, even though the Sims was made by the same company. Or have the more interesting railroads of Railroad Tycoon in Civilization (both games made by Sid Meier).
These are my comments on how to merge many popular and obscure games into a single system.
This includes a mistress, a master, a main character, an adventuring team, a robot, a tree, a mansion (and grounds), a tavern (and other classic RPG and gaming locations), a city, vehicles, a mount, and ships.
The adventuring team includes sample characters of each of the major types. You can use them “as is” or modify them to your heart’s content or come up with entirely new characters of your own choosing.
This game draws heavily on all editions of Dungeons & Dragons, as well as Runequest.
This game also draws heavily on Maid RPG, Car Lesbians, Macho Women with Guns, Nuns on Wheels, and Batwinged Bimbos from Hell.
The sissy maid adventuring team is great for cos-play.
All player characters should have a vehicle (car, motorcycle, etc.) or mount (horse, unicorn, pegasus, etc.) or both in order to participate in lesbian car races.
All player characters can freely choose to be a genuine girl lesbian or futanari/hermaphrodite or a sissy (normally a sissy maid, but other sexy sissy types are allowed). Sissy maids should normally be kept dressed, chastized, plugged, gagged, and in bondage. Gagging and bondage may need to be relaxed for some kinds of game play.
Start the game with character creation (or pick one of the already pre-created characters here).
The game includes activity with cards and activity with the board, as well as role-playing adventures or scenarios. You also need to run your mansion and city, as well as other related game activities.
The center of the game is the Mansion. Anything can happen at the Mansion, including doors or passageways to any kind of environment, from science fiction to fantasy to modern events.
Each play session may include at least one lesbian car race. This includes pre-race makeout sessions and a race with three to six legs. Prizes for the winner.

The starting location for reading how the various games and their rules are merged together for a sissy/sissy maid/transvestite/trannie/tranny/crossdresser/shemale/ladyboy/trap/TV/drag queen/female impersonator game. And yes, our game will include table and rules specifically including fetish clothing, bondage, and classic transvestite/sissy porn situations.

The Maid RPG requires a master or mistress and at least two maids. I present two variations: a Drow Elf mistress and an Ogre Mage master or the lesbian couple of Supergirl and Wonder Woman.
